The Telangana Auto Motor Union (TAMDU) app maintains limited privacy focused on membership transparency and internal use. The information described below is collected and made available according to the rules of the app.
Public member details: photo, mandal, district (visible to other members).
Administrative summaries: counts and division details (how many memberships exist per state, district, mandal).
Applicant information: name, address, group ID, and ID proof supplied during membership registration.
All members can view other members' photos, mandal, and district. Division details are visible so members and administrators can understand membership distribution.
Office bearers at the mandal, district, and state level can view member details limited to their jurisdiction only. For example:
Personal, address, and other information provided by members will be publicly visible within the app—there is no automatic concealment of those details. Information exchange among members may occur for the broader benefit of the membership.
The information collected is intended to enable membership verification, internal communication, and community administration. The app does not use member photos for facial recognition, AI training, or any unrelated third‑party profiling (unless explicitly communicated and agreed to).
